Our Technologies

Our injection molding unit has 20 ENGEL and KRAUSS MAFFEI brand presses, including 1 press

bi-injection with closing forces ranging from 50 to 220 tonnes.

 

Our machines cover a wide range of technical configurations:

• Screws from Ø25 to Ø45 mm

• Injected volume up to 735 cm³

• Maximum opening between shelves up to 1220 mm

 

We also have an ISO 7 cleanroom, certified for particulate and microbiological cleanliness, dedicated to the pharma and medical sectors, in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices).

 

We work with a wide range of materials, from the most traditional to the most technical, such as:

 

• Standard materials: PP, PE, PS, ABS, PVC.

• Technical materials: PC, PEI, PEEK, PI, PA, PAI, PBT, PET, POM, PMMA, PTFE, TPE, LCP, PSU, TPU. Fiberglass, carbon fiber, NTC.

• Bio-materials: PLA, PHA.

 

  Our qualified technicians provide support during production as well as testing and adjustments (parameter modification, productivity gain, material change, innovative material testing, etc.).

 

Our operational teams ensure production monitoring, workshop management and in-process production controls with the support and supervision of the metrology and injection product quality department.
