Engineering Office - Methods and Rheology
Our Design and Methods Office services work hand in hand to guarantee the feasibility, performance and profitability of each project from the design phase.
Thanks to solid expertise in plastics processing and mold design, we carry out a complete technical study, integrating 3D modeling, injection simulations and tooling optimization.
To ensure rigorous and seamless management, we use software solutions from the digital reality specialist HEXAGON , all controlled by our TOPSOLID ERP system.
This synergy between technical know-how and advanced digital tools allows us to design and produce high-precision molds and spare parts, perfectly adapted to our customers' requirements.
High-Precision Mold Manufacturing
Within our mechanical workshop, we produce high-precision molds, adapted for single or multi-cavity injection, thanks to a high-performance and versatile machine park, combining conventional and latest-generation digital equipment.
We have 4 areas of expertise:
Conventional and CNC machining center
Electro-erosion, die-sinking, wire and rapid drilling
Surface and cylindrical grinding pole
Adjustment Department
Each division is structured around a specialized and highly qualified team.
Thanks to this comprehensive infrastructure and the complementarity of our teams, we are able to produce complex, durable and highly technical molds, mastering all stages of production, respecting deadlines and the quality requirements of our customers.
Techni-Moules also provides repair, renovation and preventive maintenance of molds to guarantee their efficiency and longevity.
Metrology & Quality Assurance
Our metrological organization relies on two integrated laboratories, dedicated respectively to machining and plastic injection.
Each laboratory has measurement equipment adapted to the dimensional and functional requirements of the parts produced, supplemented by specific equipment as needed.
The checks are carried out by dedicated metrology technicians, as close as possible to production, guaranteeing responsiveness, reliability of measurements and complete traceability (recording, reporting and archiving).
We are also able to perform capability analyses (Cp, Cpk, Cpm) in injection in order to secure the performance and stability of our manufacturing processes.
Plastic Injection Molding
Our injection workshop consists of 20 presses (hydraulic, hybrid and electric) including a bi-injection press.
Our qualified technicians, machines and equipment allow us to produce technical thermoplastic parts in many materials, from the most common to the most demanding.
Our ISO 7 cleanroom is perfectly suited to the constraints of the pharmaceutical and medical sectors, and complies with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices) standards.
Our fully equipped workshop guarantees our clients versatility, responsiveness and flexibility.
Recently installed, our digital supervision will eventually ensure real-time visual management and reliability of our injection processes to move towards an industry 4.0.
