Our Technologies
High-Precision Mold Manufacturing

Our mold manufacturing workshop is equipped to meet the most demanding requirements in terms of tolerances, geometric complexity, and durability.
These advanced technologies enable us to achieve exceptional surface finishes and maintain micrometric tolerances on molds with critical geometries.
For high-precision operations and the machining of complex shapes that cannot be achieved with conventional tools, we use wire EDM and sinker EDM technologies.
Our equipment includes:
-
Makino EDGE 3i
-
Charmilles Roboform 4000DT
-
Mitsubishi FA10S Advance
-
River 350 HP1+
We also operate a versatile CNC machining fleet, including:
-
MORI SEIKI NL1500 CNC lathe with a C-axis for multi-axis turning and milling operations.
-
HERMLE U1130 machining center featuring simultaneous 5-axis machining, a maximum spindle speed of 18,000 rpm, and a 40-tool magazine capacity.
-
DMG DMU 60 eVo linear machining center with a maximum spindle speed of 18,000 rpm and a loading capacity of up to 400 kg.
-
MIKRON HSM 600U LP machining center featuring simultaneous high-speed 5-axis machining, with spindle speeds reaching up to 42,000 rpm.
Our conventional tooling equipment complements our machine fleet, including milling machines, lathes, and drilling machines.
Working with complex geometries and micrometric tolerances, we also have a dedicated grinding department.
Our skilled technicians are proficient in surface and cylindrical grinding operations, both internal and external.
To support these activities, they use advanced CNC grinding equipment, including:
-
Jones & Shipman 540X Monoprecis
-
Danobat RT-1200 CNC
-
Jones & Shipman Suprema 650 Easy
For this department as well, our CNC equipment is complemented by conventional tooling solutions.
