Design and engineering:

We carry out the complete design of tooling and spare parts using CATIA V5 software, a benchmark in the industrial field.

Our structured approach ensures robustness, durability and quality even for complex geometries or technical parts with high functional requirements.

 

Preliminary studies and rheology studies:

In order to anticipate and optimize the behavior of plastic parts, we conduct:

  • Preliminary studies to validate feasibility and identify sensitive areas in the early phases of the project.

  • Comprehensive rheological studies including filling analysis, pressure resistance, weld lines, shrinkage, and optimization of injection conditions. All managed by the VISI-HEXAGON suite.

 

Methods and Programming Office:

Our methods department ensures the preparation of manufacturing with precision and consistency, from the creation of manufacturing ranges under TOPSOLID ERP to high-quality CNC programming with WORKNC and ESPRIT EDGE.

Each intervention is designed to ensure smooth and controlled manufacturing.
