Program machining operations from technical plans, defining the parameters necessary for compliant production (speeds, tools, trajectories, etc.).

Prepare and set up the machine tool , ensuring the assembly of tools and parts, as well as the verification of settings before starting production.

Perform machining operations in accordance with quality, time and safety requirements.

Check machined parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, measuring columns, etc.) and ensure conformity according to defined tolerances.

Detect and report any anomalies or malfunctions encountered during manufacturing, and propose corrective actions if necessary.

Complete the production monitoring documents (ranges, self-check sheets, tracking sheets…).

Perform routine maintenance on the machine and ensure the cleanliness of your workstation.

Actively participate in continuous improvement processes , particularly through QRQC rituals, by demonstrating initiative and making proposals.
